THE OWO
The OWO is one of London’s most prestigious residential and hospitality developments, the historic Old War Office reimagined as 85 ultra-luxury private residences alongside Raffles London. I supported the launch by designing a suite of premium sales and marketing materials across print, digital and out-of-home. From large-format advertising to carefully crafted brochures, every asset was designed to reflect the building’s heritage, exclusivity and long-term legacy.
What they needed
This once-in-a-generation development demanded world-class presentation. The OWO team needed an ongoing design partner capable of elevating every detail — from architectural storytelling and amenity showcases to flawless finishes across printed collateral. Assets had to feel refined, editorial and timeless, while remaining practical tools for sales teams engaging UHNW buyers.
