Ralph Lauren is a globally recognized luxury fashion brand known for its iconic American style and timeless elegance, offering a wide range of apparel, accessories, and home products.
ANRK Studio is a forward-thinking creative agency specializing in augmented reality and immersive digital experiences.
I worked as a UI designer on these AR experiences, helping create fun and interactive try-on features for different products. These experiences were created to engage customers through Snapchat.
The approach
In our collaborative process, the ANRK team worked closely with the Ralph Lauren team to develop concepts and create 3D models of the products. My role involved designing user interfaces for these AR experiences, ensuring they were intuitive and visually appealing.
One of our notable projects was the handbag try-on experience for the Polo ID range, allowing users to try on bags in three different positions.
Additionally, for the Ralph Lauren Color Shop, we crafted a vibrant and playful interface that enabled users to try on new sunglasses and explore different color options. For the Stirrup range of sunglasses, inspired by classic sports car design, we designed an AR experience that let users try on the sunglasses while virtually driving a classic car, merging fashion with an exhilarating driving experience.
Challenges
Throughout these projects, I faced the challenge of balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal. Ensuring a seamless AR experience required close attention to detail, particularly in modeling and visual presentation. Additionally, collaborating with a creative team demanded adaptability and clear communication to align our visions effectively.
